Robert M. Patrick

Robert M. Patrick, 83, of Fort Myers, passed away Friday, April 13, 2018 following an extended illness.  He was born February 19, 1935 in New York City, NY to Michael and Anastasia (Dooley) Patrick. He was a graduate of Manhattan College and Columbia University where he received both a BA and BS Degree. In 1987, he retired from IBM after 30 years of service.  He was a member of St. Columbkille Catholic Church, a member of Kelly Greens Men’s Golf Association, a volunteer for Hope Hospice as well as helped with Golf Tournaments sponsored by Hospice.  He was also an avid reader and enjoyed cooking.

Mr. Patrick is survived by his wife of 25 years, Theresa R. Patrick: his children: Diane Giancarlo of Fort Myers, Robert Patrick of Poughkeepsie, NY, William Patrick of Narragansett, RI and Kevin Patrick of California; his step-children: Pamela Lynch of Fishkill, NY, Karen Lorusso of Monroe, CT and Kristin Scheisser of Chalfont, PA.  Also surviving are 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Columbkille Catholic Church.  The date and time will be announced in the coming days.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hope Hospice, 9470 HealthPark Circle, Fort Myers, FL 33908 (www.hopehospice.org).

    Bob, if people could have 2 dads you were definately my other dad to myself and 4 siblings Tracy Michael Lori and Danny. I miss you terribly my dear friend. God Speed always.
