Coach Roszell was a great teacher that everyone respected because he took every situation & made it a teaching moment when he was in the classroom, coaching sports or monitoring the halls. I remember he didn't just tell you to do something, but explained why. A true teacher in the holistic sense.
John was an outstanding person and one of the nicest people you will ever meet. He was always supportive and had kind words for everyone. He will truly be missed.Steve Sentes, Sr.

John was a special person. He always went the extra to help kids. I worked in the a district for 42 years and it was always great to go back to FMHS and spent time talking with John. My prayers go out to all of the family. He will be missed by all.

To the Roszells, my wife Rhonda and I send our heart felt condolences for your loss! John we had a good run at FMHS and I have many fond memories of our time there. (There was this one time, nah I won't go there!) You set a great example as a professional in your work and u were respected. You taught me many things about life, baseball and most of all, how to deal with educators, you were my mentor, without you this cop wouldn't have lasted long at FMHS!You will be missed my friend. They say imitation is the greatest form of flattery, well you need to look no farther than your kids!Love ya John!!
