Alfred Mansell's Obituary
Alfred Mansell, 89 of Fort Myers, Florida, passed away peacefully on September 30, 2025. Alfred was born on February 26, 1936, in Plant City, Florida where he spent his early years before moving to Fort Myers in 1952, the place he proudly called home for the remainder of his life.
Alfred was a devoted husband, father and grandfather whose quiet strength, sense of humor and unwavering work ethic left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Mary Mansell and two sons, Max Mansell and Opie Mansell and his sister-in-law Betty Mansell.
He is survived by his grandsons Jody Mansell and David Mansell and his great grandson, Andrew Stacey. He is also survived by his brothers Duane Mansell (Elaine Mansell) and Clyde Mansell along with numerous nieces and nephews who loved and admired him deeply.
Alfred will be remembered for his deep roots in his community, his gentle spirit and the pride he took in a life-built honesty, hard work and devotion to those he loved most.
A private family service will be held to celebrate his life and the many memories he leaves behind.
