Alfred J. Rath's Obituary
Alfred J. Rath, 88, of Port Charlotte, passed away Thursday, November 26, 2020. He was born February 27, 1932 in Cuxhaven, Germany to Nicolaus and Magna (Steffans) Rath. He was a member of the German-American Club of Port Charlotte.
Mr. Rath is survived by his wife of 26 years, Herma Rath; his children: Nicolaus Rath of Frankfort, Germany and Michael Rath of Dusseldorf, Germany; his step-children: Angela Reeg and Sabine Husch. Also surviving are his grandchildren: Marco and Robin; his two step-grandchildren: Pia and Cristin and his sister Erika Butt.
