Alice Adeline Komray; 93 yrs, 10 months; Fort Myers, Florida; Joined our Lord and Savior on at 4;35am on Wednesday, March 28, 2012 while resting peacefully at her Home in Whiskey Creek, Fort Myers, FL; after waging a courage four-year battle against peritoneal cancer: Born on May 25, 1918 in Ossineke, Michiganas the 5th of 10 childrenof parents, Carl & Wanda (Marek) Scheuner, Alice was happily raised on their family farm, and ?áwelcomed the often hard-work of attending to the myriad of chores required as her father?ÇÖs best helper. Elementary education was provide by the local Lutheran one-room school house, and later Alpena High School. Professional Education included an Associate Degree is Accounting from Welsh Business School and specialized courses with the American Bankers Institute. Alice wed Robert Elwin Komray, on April 22, 1939 in Detroit, Michigan. ?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á Never a stranger to gainful employment, Alice enjoyed diverse and rewarding occupations: 1st as quality control for Parke-Davis, then the Bank of Dearborn from Line Teller to Trust Officer, and later as proprietor of a long establish art and crafts supplier.?áUpon ?Ç£retirement?Ç¥ Alice kept her youth vigor by remaining ?Ç£on the go?Ç¥ including service as medical research assistant for private phase 2 & 3 trials based in Fort Myers, FL. ?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á Personal interests always began first with attending to family members and occasions; With rare exception, birthdays, graduations and other note-worthy events were never missed.?áIn her limited spare time, personal hobbies included being avid reader of ?Ç£hard-back?Ç¥ books penned by contemporary authors, promptly completing daily crossword puzzles, and planning the next best opportunity to visit/entertain family and/or friends.?áCertinly, these efforts were reinforced as well-practiced congregational member in St Michael?ÇÖs Lutheran Church of?áFt Myers, FL and previously, Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Dearborn, MI, under the pastoral leadership of Rev. Jon Zinder and Rev. Gagren, respectfully.?áAdditional personal growth and professional acknowledgements was through her membership in the Soroptomist Club in Michigan. ?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á?á Childern: Son:?áMark R.
