Alice.. you were way more than the lady who watched us when we were kids. You are the reason why I love The Beach Boys, why I still find myself trying to make a little kid laugh just like you always did. You are the reason why I had such an amazing childhood. I will miss the way you dressed up so nicely, no matter the occasion, amongst the many things I will miss about you. We were so lucky to have known you and spend time with you for so long. You were loved more than you know. My condolences to Erin, Betsy, Jason, and family.
Alice and I go back to 1968. She was my friend and neighbor. We spent many hours together walking and riding our bikes. Alice was fun loving and always up for a party. On hot summer days, I picture Alice coming to her door in a flowing dress looking very refreshed. She loved her jewelry and belts and it was fun to see her wear them.
