im so sorry for your loss. al and myself go back when we were little kids. He was a great guy and will be greatly missed. Dave Lenzie
To Wayne, Allan Jr., & Amos I am so sad about Allan's passing. I've known AL for over 40 years, we used to ride motorcycles together, and I've never known a nicer guy. In all that time I've never heard him utter a harsh word and he was always friendly with everyone he met. Al would park his old car right near the corner outside the Buchanan Cafe and hope people would hit it (which they did). He said by doing that it paid for the car several times over (LOL). "Pac Al", you will be missed by everybody who knew you. Hopefully, we can meet again, up there…please save me a spot.Your Good Friend – Mike Hegyes
Our condolences to the Berry FamilyEven though we did not know Allan, we were neighbors to his parents and his mother Mildred used to say how wonderful her children were. Our prayers and thoughts are with you all.The Cormier Family, the Villages, Fl.
Please accept my deepest condolences. I haven't seen Al in a couple of years but he made a big impression in my younger years.Al was a great guy and a good friend. I labored for him tending brick while going to college. It was the most physically demanding job I have ever done. Al played as hard as he worked though, and we became great pals. He was the person who turned me onto what now is called "classic country." Willie, Waylon, Johnny Cash and Hank Williams blasting from the radio in the old Chevy Impala while we went out Honky Tonkin! Al treated life like it was a movie and we were the stars. Well, he was a star and I know he's saving a stool for us upstairs. Adios mi amigo!
My dearest Allan, Wayne, Kevin & families , Al was a very special friend who I loved dearly, he ( and you) will always be close to my heart. I cannot express the void I feel from his passing. Love & strength to you & yours during this very difficult time. My prayers and thoughts are with you always…Kim Anderson Hogan
So very sorry to hear about Al, we go back a long time, about 50 years and good times. Al would stop by my sister Peggy's if he knew the sisters were coming. Always had a smile and something funny to make us laugh. He will be missed by many. Our deepest sympathy, Becky & Phil Dana Ballston Lake, NY
"Big Al" you were a part of my life for so long you will be missed. I'm glad I got to see you again this past summer at the 19th hole. No matter when I saw you it was only smiles and laughter. My thoughts go out to Al Jr, Kevin, Wayne and Holly….
