Angelina (Ann) Kratsios' Obituary
Angelina (Ann) Kratsios, nee Constantinides, age 96, died on July 31, 2022. She was born on July 28, 1926, in Queens NY to Nicholas and Despina Constantinides. Ann married George Kratsios on January 22, 1950, in Queens, NY. They moved to Verona, NJ in 1962 and raised their family there. She was a graduate of Montclair State University with a degree in textiles in 1978 and worked at the university for several years. Ann and George retired to Ft. Myers, FL in 1988 and spent the rest of their lives there. She was devoted to her children and grandchildren. She loved to cook and sew and was a member of the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church and was instrumental in building the new addition for the church. Ann was preceded in death by her parents, her husband George, and her sister Pauline. Ann is survived by her sons, John (wife Jody) and Nicholas Kratsios (wife Jane), her daughters Denise Pucciani (husband Pasquale) and Melody Fries (husband Donald). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, Kimberly (husband Tyler), Jessica, Juliana (husband Mason), Stephanie, Thomas, and Michael (wife Tara), as well as two great grandchildren, Tyler and Luca. Additionally, survived by several nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.
Funeral Services will be as follows:
Wake on Monday, August 15th from 5 pm to 7 pm at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, August 16th at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church of Ft. Myers FL, beginning at 11 am.
