Angelo Giovanni Simontacchi's Obituary
Mr. Angelo Giovanni Simontacchi of Fort Myers, Florida passed away suddenly Saturday, January 9, 2016. He was 95 years old. Angelo was born January 7, 1921 in New York, New York to the late Guiseppe and Domenica Simontacchi. He worked a long and successful career as an auto repair specialist before retiring and moving to southwest Florida. He proudly served in the US Army during WWII and was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Angelo is survived by his son, Bob Giovanni and his wife Tina; his daughter, Cathy Pagano and her husband Tony. He is also survived by his sister, Marie Boggi, four grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held 11:00 am, Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at All Faiths Cemetery 67-29 Metropolitan Avenue, Middle Village, NY 11379.
