Anita P. McClure's Obituary
Anita P. McClure, age 104, passed away on September 1, 2012 in Frankenmuth, Michigan. Former resident of Fort Myers for 40 years, she was a member of Saint Michael Lutheran Church of Fort Myers, and a lifetime member of the Eastern Star. Anita worked for the International Machinist Union in Washington D.C. Her passions included traveling the world, playing cards and playing her organ. Anita leaves to cherish her memory, step-son, Fred (Dotty) McClure of Hilton Head Island, SC; cousins, Arlene (Bill) Mertz of Goodrich, MI, Donna (Ken) Mertz of Clinton Township, MI and Ralph (Lenore) Parlberg of Frankenmuth, MI. She was preceded in death by husband of 40 years, Mack McClure; parents, Charles and Clara (Honold) Parlberg. A private service will be held on Wednesday, September 5, 2012 at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be directed to Saint Michael Lutheran Church of Fort Myers.
