Ann L. Reed, 89, formerly of Fort Myers, Florida passed away on Monday, June 11, 2012 at Signature Health Care in Port Charlotte, Florida.?á Mrs. Reed was born April 5, 1923 in West Liberty, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Curtis and Jennie Rose?áDavis.?á Ann was?ápreceded in death by her husbands, Fred Brown and?áJohn Reed and was also preceded in death by a son, Paul “Skeeter” Brown.?á She had been employed for many years as a bookkeeper in the plumbing industry. Mrs. Reed had been a resident of Port Charlotte, Florida since 1985.?á She is survived by her brother, Clyde P. Davis of Fort Myers, FL; her daughter-in-law, Kathie Brown of Port Charlotte, Florida; She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.?á A Graveside Service will be held Friday, June 15, 2012 at 9:00 AM at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
