Anna Belle Showe's Obituary
Anna Belle Showe, 97, a native of Hagerstown, Maryland, and longtime resident of Fort Myers, Florida, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 7, 2025.
Anna Belle is survived by her daughter, Linda Matlock; son-in-law, Roland DuBois; grandchildren, Lisa Clark, Tommy Matlock, and Kimberly Rinehart; and great-grandchildren, Kailee Clark, Benjamin Clark, Jack Clark, Ethan Matlock, Lauren Matlock, and Charlotte Rinehart.
She was preceded in passing by her loving husband, Howard R. Showe; her daughter, Deborah DuBois; and her parents, Russell and Zora Larrick.
Anna Belle was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend to all who had the pleasure of knowing her. During her time in Maryland, she worked as a legal secretary for The State of Maryland Motor Vehicle Registration Office for 27 years. After retiring and moving to Florida, Anna Belle loved spending time with her husband traveling, going out to dinner with family and friends, and attending social events. She had a great love for reading, knitting, and spending all her free time with her grandchildren.
Anna Belle has gone to be with the love of her life, but her memory will live on in all the lives she has touched.
