Anna K. Chomo's Obituary
Anna K. Chomo, 103, of North Fort Myers, Florida, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at Gulf Coast Village in Cape Coral, Florida.
Anna was born on January 13, 1922, in (Ashmore) Hazleton, Pennsylvania. She was the beloved daughter of the late Michael and Mary (Barnicz) Kleminsky.
Anna was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Andrew R. Chomo, her twin brother, John Kleminsky, and her sister, Helen Blaner.
She dedicated her professional career to United Telephone Company, where she worked faithfully as a plant clerk for 17 years, retiring in February, 1987. Anna was known for her strong work ethic, reliability, and quiet dedication.
She is survived by her daughters, Diane Krohse (Steve) of North Fort Myers, FL and Mary Ann Cook of Venice, FL; two grandchildren, Damien Krohse (Dawn) of Fort Myers, FL and Brittany Davis (Benny) of Tampa, FL; three great grandchildren, Mackenzie Krohse, Makayla Krohse and Quinn Davis; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens, located at 1589 Colonial Boulevard, Fort Myers, Florida 33907.
