Antoinette Onzo's Obituary
Antoinette Onzo, of Cape Coral passed away on September 30, 2022. She was born on October 22, 1929, to Angelo and Violand DePietto in Flushing Queens, New York.
Antoinette has called Florida her home since September of 1979. Throughout her life, even through her battle with cancer, she has held her catholic faith very close to her spirit, and was a parishioner of St. Andrews Catholic Church. She was a very passionate and loving homemaker; she enjoyed tending to her growing family and spending time cooking and watching her grandsons grow.
Antoinette is preceded in passing by her beloved husband Gaetano Onzo, their daughter Grace J. Onzo (Stovall), and her parents.
Antoinette leaves her loving memory with her survivors, son Jude Onzo and daughter-in-law Laura Onzo of Cape Coral, sisters Lena Burkel and Ann Verolla, and her grandchildren Michael and Dominick Onzo, and Kim and Slade Stovall.
Antoinette's family has entrusted Fort Myers Memorial garden Funeral Home with caring for her final arrangements. There will be a gathering on Saturday, October 22, 2022, at 9AM in the chapel at Fort Myers Memorial Garden's Funeral Home. There will be a service immediately following, at 10AM, then Antoinette will be laid to rest in Fort Myers memorial garden's cemetery at 11AM.
