Antonio Eutimio Gamazo's Obituary
Antonio Eutimio Gamazo, 85, a resident of Florida since 1984, formerly of New York passed away Thursday, November 4, 2021 under the care of Hope Hospice. He was born November 30, 1935 in Matanzas, Cuba to the late Eutimio and Emelina Gamazo.
Antonio owned both a grocery store and restaurant in New York where he later retired. He was a farmer at heart and enjoyed spending time gardening in his backyard where he had his own nursery.
He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Clara Gamazo of North Fort Myers, FL; two children, Jose Antonio Gamazo (Katia) of Fort Myers, FL and Madelaine DelosAngeles Gamazo of Nashville, TN; one sister, Martha Martinez of Miami, FL; one brother, Carlos Gamazo of Clermont, FL; three adored grandchildren, Mia, Isa and Lia; as well as many extended family members and friends.
A visitation will be held from 2:00 – 4:00 PM, Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 1589 Colonial Blvd., Fort Myers, FL 33907.
