Avenancio Santiago Monico's Obituary
Avenancio Santiago Monico, 87, of Lehigh Acres, passed away Thursday, September 26, 2013. He was born April 1, 1926 in Puerto Rico and moved to Lehigh Acres from Homestead in 2010. Mr. Monico leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 54 years, Carmen Colon; his children: Avenancio Santiago, Jr. of New York, Carmen Santiago of Pennsylvania, Guadalupe Santiago and Petra, both of Florida, Israel Santiago of Puerto Rico, Migalia Santiago, David Santiago, Alejandro Santiago, Esperanza Santiago, Ana Santiago, Maria Santiago and Isabel Santiago, all of Florida. Also surviving are numerous grand children, great grandchildren and siblings. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with entombment to follow in Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Friends will be received from noon until the time of the service.
