Barbara C. Caswell-Wayman of Port Charlotte, Florida passed away with her loving family by her side on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 following some recent health challenges. She was 71 years old.Barbara was born on May 10, 1944 in Port Jervis, New York the beautiful daughter of Novel Lee (Waibel) and Chester Claire Shaw. She was married to and leaves behind her loving husband Carl Wayman.Immediate funeral services are private.
