It is with a heavy heart hearing about Barb’s passing. While it has been many years since I have spent time with Barb she will never be forgotten. At 24 years old I was tasked with running an insurance office in Port Charlotte. And if running an office wasn’t enough we were hit by Hurricane Charley and had a claim for nearly every customer. Barb bent over backwards to help me in any way that she could. I was so thankful for her wisdom and support. Barb was such a kind soul and she certainly left an incredible mark on my life’s journey. Every time I saw Barbara she would always light up the room with her smile and polite conversation. She would always greet us with a well timed cold drink after a long day of fishing with Rob. She will be greatly missed.
