I am so sorry to hear of Aunt Barbs passing. I visited her twice a year when I came to Florida.
She was a special lady….my Mom, her sister-in-law, got to visit with her last May, and enjoyed sharing memories together. Prayers for peace for her.💔 Donna Newcomer
My memories of Aunt Barb go all the way back to when she & Uncle Dale picked me up to go to the Sectionals with Bob & Phil held at Elkhart HS gym. I really felt important to be riding to the games with them. Bob was a basketball star at New Paris HS. Aunt Barb always made me feel special. I also remember her kindness when I worked at Cape Coral Hospital in the early 90’s. It is indeed sad to think that she is the last of my Mom’s generation.
So many fond memories of Aunt Barb! Always laughing and enjoying everyone. Sadly I haven’t seen her for many years. But did have a great visit with her and Uncle Dale when my family and I were in Fort Myers vacationing. She kept in touch with my brother Tom even after our mom passed away 5 years ago.
