We knew Ben from our "snow bird" trips to the Gulf Coast of Florida, when he was a newly-wed in Cape Coral. He met his disease with such courage, and we admred him for that. We extend our condolences to his family. Bea and Paul Heinze
BEN. We met Ben and liked him immediately. Ben was that kind of "guy". Friendly. Smiling. Happy. Interested in many types of popular and visual media. We enjoyed his presence and verbal contributions while we dined, went boating, were entertained in his home or out and about. Ben was enthusiastic about grand Catholic art. Collecting and showing items he treasured. Ben had a warm, affable, comfortable and casual style that was attractive to the world of media, friends and family. Ben was a good man. We met and liked Ben, a very good man.
Always in good spirits from when we first met in the early 80's Ben was a very thoughtful, extremely talented, good friend who will be missed.
Ben will surely be missed…As you know Ben and I go back forever. I was best man at his 1st & last marriage. Skip and I enjoyed a lifetime of all fun and games in business and social events.Nothing Ben did would surprise us. and believe me there were many surprises. We will always remember Ben as being Ben. We miss and loved him.

Ben was born as an Uncle, always a man ahead of his time. He leaves us as loving family and friend. We will miss his mischievous smile, adventurous nature and fun loving ways. And we wish condolences and blessings to his family.

I met Ben in 1999 and married Ben on Oct. 22, 2000. Ben was my best friend. His disease of Parkinson took his tole on his health and my stress. We divorced in 2005, but we remained best friends. I visited him often in Florida and he visited me often in Massachusetts. I will miss being his best friend. He was a very thoughtful and kind person. I am so happy he is not suffering any longer and I know he is looking down at all that have loved him while he enjoyed his life on this earth. Rest in peace my best friend, Ben.
