So sorry to hear about Betty passing.She was a true friend.I was her neighbor at her Condo. We went to Paris together she put spark in the trip for Buddy Megan and I . So glad her suffering is over I prayed for her while she was on Earth now I will pray to her I'm sure she is a saint. love you Betty miss you.
Aunt Betty Jo was full of life and laughter. She was a very giving lady that loved her family very much. She always loved our small family reunions in Texas or in Tennessee and talked of when we were going to do the next one. On January 26, there was a heavenly family reunion and I know it had to be glorious. For now, there is a big hole in her earthly family's hearts but we will keep on living, loving, and laughing because that is what Betty Jo would want us to do.Until we meet again…….love you bunches!Debbie, her niece in Texas.

Betty Jo was my mom's sister and they were different as night and day but I say that with love because I loved them dearly………Although I live in TX and Betty Jo in FL, we got to visit and talk on the phone occasionally. I knew BJ was going to Kingsport, TN in July '15 to visit Marilyn and Albert (Marilyn is her and mom's other sister) so my sister, Debbie and I and my dad all went to TN for the weekend. It was a short but priceless visit. I have great memories of our time together in July. Betty Jo was with us in TX when my mom died in 2011 and she was such a comfort to me. I will miss her terribly. This fabulous woman helped me 21 years ago get through my own breast cancer battle then fought her own. Memories of being able to have my first "legal" drink with her, working together at Century 21 and being there with her as her sweet Blakely was born. Oh the fun that we had! She loved her daughter and son along with her grandkids and family so much. I was blessed to have had her in my life ? You are right in saying Heaven needs to watch out because she will surely show the full meaning of fun! She is already greatly missed and I pray that everyone that was touched by her finds peace in knowing her pain is over. Miss you Betty Boop ?? until we meet again! Love, Danita
