Although I never met Mrs. Bower, I feel like I have known her for a long time as I think I was probably looking at her when I spend time with her wonderful son, Frank. The times I have spent with Frank, I was looking into his eyes and his lovely Mother was always looking back at me. The bond they shared was everlasting and I know that Mrs. Bower will be greatly missed by her family, friends and community.
