Betty Marie Sibley of North Fort Myers, Florida passed away with her loving family by her side on Monday, May 9, 2016 following some recent health challenges. She was 87 years old.Betty was born on January 1, 1929 in Johnson City, New York, the beautiful daughter of Wahneta R. (Brown) and Grant M. Weaser. She worked for International Business Machines as a timekeeper and was married to and is survived by her loving husband, David M. Sibley.Immediate funeral ceremonies will be private. Arrangements for Betty’s final care in Florida have been entrusted to Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 1589 Colonial Boulevard, Fort Myers, Florida 33907, (239) 936-0555.Betty will be transferred back to her hometown area in New York where she will be laid to rest at Vestal Hills Memorial Park in Vestal, New York.
