Betty Jane Stejskal's Obituary
Betty Jane Stejskal, 60 years of age, of Fort Myers, Florida passed away on June 7, 2013 from small cell carcinoma. Mrs. Stejskal was born in New Haven, Connecticut on September 17, 1952 a daughter of William and Nellie Blakeslee, she was the third of three children. Betty Jane married Jim Stejskal on March 31, 1984. She was employed by the State of Florida, Department of Revenue in the Child Support Division. She retired in February of this year after 30 plus years of committed and devoted service to the department. She enjoyed being together with her family. She loved the Smokey Mountains. Betty Jane was a member of St. Cecilia?ÇÖs Catholic Church. She leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband, Jim Stejskal; her children, Christina Blosser, Dustin Stejskal and Rebecca Stejskal; her grandchildren, Jersey Blosser, Randy Blosser, Keegan Knight and E?ÇÖDasia Knight; a brother, William Blakeslee all of Fort Myers, Florida. Visitation will be held Tuesday evening June 11, 2013 from 5-8 PM in the chapel of Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 1589 Colonial Blvd., Fort Myers, FL. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at 10:00AM in St. Cecilia?ÇÖs Catholic Church, 5632 Sunrise Drive in Fort Myers, Florida.
