Bill Joseph Ellison's Obituary
Bill Ellison, 86, of North Fort Myers, FL passed away Monday, September 20, 2021, in Cape Coral, FL. He was born March 30, 1935, in Hollywood, GA, the son of Charlie and Lollie (Queen) Ellison.
By the age of five, Bill moved to Delaware County, PA. He held several positions over his lifetime including, Trainer Police Officer and owner/operator of several service stations in Delaware County, PA prior to relocating to Cape Coral, FL in 1977. Upon moving to Florida, he and his beloved wife, Peggy, started a new career as Brokers in real estate, eventually owning and operating their own company, All In One Real Estate, Inc. where he retired in 2008. He was also a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church.
Mr. Ellison is survived by his loving children, Steven Ellison (Mary) of Boothwyn, PA, Linda Gaster (Gary) of Glen Mills, PA and Sandy Noble (Chris) of North Fort Myers, FL. Also surviving are his siblings: Bette MacDougall, Charlene McGuirk, Charles “Bud” Ellison, Peggy Conlon, Linda Elliot and Arlene Lewis; grandchildren: Trish, Lindsay, Geoffrey, Gary, Ashley and Taylor; his great grandchildren: Christopher, Juliana, Alyssa, Dominick, Alahna, Gianna, Gary, Gemma and Geoffrey, and his trusted watchdog, Rolex. He was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Margaret “Peggy” Ellison in 2020; his son, Bill Ellison, Jr. in 2016; two sisters, Barbara Halverson and Dorothy Ellison; as well as his stepmother, Mildred Ellison.
