Bonnie was my mother Ellen’s best friend, and I will remember fondly all of the times she would sit with my Mom and make her laugh until they had me laughing too. Bonnie will be greatly missed. Mine and my entire family’s thoughts are with the Book family at this very difficult time.

I knew Bonnie in grammar school. Bonnie was a very passionate,humane being she was the true definition of the word Friend. In the final years of her life we had a strong bond, we reminisced about our years growing up in Mattapan, we shared hours of laughter. Bonnie was forever optimistic and a fierce fighter with her cancer battle. Bonnie shared her feelings and thoughts about life with me. She was so very grateful to her husband Rick for his devotion and she knew how fortunate she was to have him as her loving husband for all these years. Her kids were her greatest accomplishment she loved each of you to the moon and back. She is gone but will never be forgotten. I love you Bonnie, Sheryl
