Bruce Joiner's Obituary
Bruce A. Joiner, 64, a lifelong resident of Fort Myers, Florida, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, March 6, 2025.
Family and friends are invited to a visitation in his honor on Monday, March 24, 2025, at Funeral Myers Memorial Garden at 4:00 p.m. with the Memorial Service beginning at 5:00 p.m.
Bruce is survived by his children, Stephanie Cross (Jonathan) and Bruce A. Joiner, Jr.; grandchildren, Kirsten Cross, Kara Cross, and Kalli Cross; sister, Marcia Levinsky (Bill); and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in passing by his parents, Bobby and Theresa Joiner; and brother, Bobby Lee Joiner, Jr.
He had a passion for being outdoors, whether that was hunting, fishing, or being out on the boat. From early morning hunts, to casting a line out on the water, he made every moment count. Making memories with his family always held a special place in his heart. Visiting his sister in the mountains, fishing with his son, or attending local family gatherings always brought a smile to his face. You could always find him sitting out in the garage, greeting all the neighbors as they passed by. He would bring smiles to their faces as he always had a strong bond with his neighbors. He was always watching and cheering on his favorite NASCAR, football, and golf teams from there. His memories will continue to live on with his family.
Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Bruce A. Joiner.
