Carl William Kimmel of Fort Myers, Florida passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 following some recent health challenges. He was 87 years old.Carl was born on April 1, 1931 in Nyack, New York, the proud son of Marie (Fatale) and Otto P. Kimmel. He was married to and leaves behind his adored wife Sabina M. (Nicoletti) Kimmel.A Memorial Mass for Carl will be celebrated at Church of the Resurrection of Our Lord, 8121 Cypress Lake Dr, Fort Myers, Florida 33919, (239) 481-7171. Following the conclusion of Mass, Carl’s remains will be laid to rest at the Field of Honor located inside Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Fort Myers.
