Carmen Steidell, 92, a Ft. Myers, FL resident since 1979, formerly of California passed away Tuesday, November 6, 2018 in Bonita Springs, FL. She was born in Ciales, Puerto Rico on March 21, 1926 to Manuel and Maria Rivera, now deceased.Carmen was a parishioner of St. John XXIII Catholic Church, Ft. Myers, FL.She is survived by her three loving children, George Steidell (Martha) of Mexico, David Steidell (Denise) of Cape Coral, FL and Smyrna Calciano (Alfred) of Ft. Myers, FL; nine grandchildren, Stephanie, George, Jr., Joseph, David, Veronica, Daniel, Jasen, Alexander and Brian; three step grandchildren, Tony, Victoria and Josefina; 18 great grandchildren and one great great grandson.A visitation will be held from 6:00 – 8:00 PM, Friday, November 9, 2018 at Ft. Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 1589 Colonial Blvd., Ft. Myers, FL. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated 11:00 AM, Saturday, November 10, 2018 at St. John XXIII Catholic Church, 13060 Palomino Lane, Ft.
