Claire Watson Bosman's Obituary
Claire W. Bosman died peacefully January 7, 2015. He was born in Leamington, Ontario, July 24, 1925, to parents Robert and Aleatha (Smith) Bosman, but moved to SW Florida as soon as he could. He was married to Marie R. Wood for 50 years. With determination and a strong loving relationship, they realized their Florida dream until her untimely death in 1996. Surviving them are their three children, Barbara Winesett (John), Bonnie Hailey (Charles), and Blair Bosman (Pame), their five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Also surviving are his current wife, Marguerite, and his only brother, Russel Bosman (June) of Chatham, Ontario.He was happily married to Patricia Novaria for four years before her death in 2005.In 2006, Claire married Marguerite Quill Lemmerman who matched his wit and was a loving and cherished wife, who comforted him during his struggle with Alzheimer’s disease.Claire was a hard working, fun-loving man who had a joke for every occasion, and will be missed by anyone who ever met him. His nearly 50-year construction career ended as field engineer with Sunshine Masonry. He was a member of Myerlee Country Club, and was proud to be a regular blood donor throughout his life.Visitation will be 1:00 – 3:00PM in the chapel at Ft. Myers Memorial Gardens, 1589 Colonial Blvd, Ft. Myers. A memorial service will follow.
