Connie Sue (Rowsey) Pierce APR. 2, 1953 – JUNE 29, 2009Connie is survived by her beautiful daughter Alicia Dae Rowsey, and her special angel granddaughter Cora Corrine Urso. She will be missed by a sister Risha Lynn Tawney, her nieces Brooke and Paige, lifelong best friend Linda Ellis Fisher, beloved companion Ron Paul and numerous family and friends.Connie was born in Charleston, West Virginia; her parents Richard Rowsey and Norma Rowsey also of Charleston have preceded her in death.She was employed by Leisure American Vacation Rentals of Fort Myers Beach and also managed to run her own business “Captain and Her Crew Cleaning Service.” Connie had the gift of giving not only to people but to all of God’s creatures; she was an avid animal lover and cared for several of her own pets as well as rescuing many more. Connie touched many people’s lives in her short life on this earth and they are all better for knowing her.With love for Connie we would like to invite you to a simple memorial service at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens on Thursday July 9, 2009 from 7-9 PM. On Saturday, July 18, 2009 at 7:30 PM there will also be a celebration of Connie Sue Rowsey Pierce’s life for family and close friends at another location.
