Constance Sue Rivchun Balestri's Obituary
Constance Sue Rivchun Balestri, lovingly called Connie, died on Saturday, October 25, 2014 after a long illness. She was 63 years old. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, she graduated from Beachwood High School in Beachwood, OH in 1969 and received a BS in Communications from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. Connie became a buyer in womens clothing and then branch and regional manager with various retail organizations in Cleveland, Milwaukee, Chicago and Fort Myers, Florida. She joined Rand McNally in Chicago, working for many years as national sales manager of the Education Division. Her final job was at Diamond Tours in Fort Myers. She married Carmen Balestri in Chicago in 1999: they later moved to Fort Myers, Florida. She is survived by her husband, Carmen; her mother, Muriel Rivchun of Cleveland, OH; her sister Carol Rivchun of Cleveland Heights, OH; her brother Stuart Rivchun of Seattle, WA; her nieces Alison Rivchun Crane of Tucson, AZ, Ruby Rivchun of Olympia, WA; and her nephew Max McGillivray of Kenmore, WA. Services will be held on Monday, October 27 at 1:00 PM at Temple Beth El, 16225 Winkler Road, Ft Myers, 33908.
