Cynthia Lynne Mesmer's Obituary
Cynthia Lynne Mesmer, 57, of Fort Myers, Florida passed in the early morning of September 24, 2021. She was born September 24, 1964 in New Orleans, Louisiana to Robert Broussard and Donna Rishel. Cynthia, a former resident of Dallas, Texas has called Florida her home for 37 years.
Cindi's life was full of giving,
Giving to her family
Giving to her friends
Giving to anyone in need.
Her mission was to spread love.
She loved playing games,
She was competitive and wanted to win.
She was passionate about horses.
She loved to trail ride and was a great barrel racer.
Horses were a daily focus and enjoyment in her life.
The other great passion in her life was God.
All of her daily decisions were made in His name.
Cindi was an awesome wife, great mom,
a loving daughter, special sister,
and to all others a great friend.
Cindi now wears the wings of an Angel
and is smiling down on us all.
Cynthia is preceded in death by her fathers, Robert Broussard, Walt Rishel.
She is survived by her loving husband of 31 years, Brad Mesmer; three beloved children Savannah, Dakota, and Colton Mesmer of Buckingham, Florida. Her mother Donna Rishel, her stepmother Julie Broussard, mother and father in-law Anne and Mike Mesmer, two brothers Robert Rishel of Dallas, Texas and Chad Broussard of Fort Myers, her sister Kristen Brown (Robert) of Fort Myers.
There will be a funeral service held for Cynthia on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at 10:00 AM located at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home.

The family politely asks that all who intend to be present for Cynthia's service to wear white attire.
