Dallas Lee Peters, 88, a resident of Nanjemoy, MD and formerly of Fort Myers, FL passed away on March 7, 2011 in Waldorf, Maryland.?á Mrs. Peters was born April 23, 1922, in Martinsburg, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Jacob Wendell McDaniel and Frances Esther Fraley.?á Preceding her in death besides her parents , were her husband Bruce E. Peters; brother, Jacob McDaniel; sisters, Geraldine James, Alma Miller and Margaret Sloat.?á Mrs. Peters was a bookkeeper for the family owned brick yard business and then later lived in Fort Myers for ten years.?á She enjoyed fishing, crabbing, camping, playing slot machines and traveling across the country.?á She is survived by her son, Edmund L. Peters and his wife, Virginia of Denton, MD; ?áher daughter, Judy M. Weisman and her husband Robert of Nanjemoy, MD;?á sister, Maxine Hough of Martinsburg, WV;?á four grandchildren, Danielle Epstein, Jake Weisman, Jamie Weisman and Jason Weisman;?á three great- grandchildren, Kaitlyn Weisman, Catherine Weisman and Zachary Weisman.?á A graveside service will be held Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at 2:00 PM.
