My uncle Danny was a quiet man. He did not speak many words, but through his actions, you knew he loved you. He taught me a lot. I learned how to be a better cook from him. Although, he did not write down his recipes! He loved my Aunt Dorinda with all his heart. It was an honor to name my daughter after both of them. My family and I will miss him immensely. I know my Aunt Dorinda appreciates the support and outpouring of love from all who knew Uncle Danny. Boo

Dan was a beloved brother-in-law and was a good sport about putting up with all the nieces and nephew and greats we added to the family. They all loved him dearly.As everyone else will say, he was a good cook. We looked forward to eating his meals.We were happy he and Dorinda went to Michelle's for Jimmy's birthday as most of the family was there. He was in a good mood, in spite of the pain he must've been in as it was two weeks before his passing.He will be sadly missed by all of us.

Uncle Danny was a great person. I can remember going fishing with him when I was a kid. He was a great cook….always made something everyone loved no matter how picky of an eater you where. Most importantly he was a loving husband to my Aunt Dorinda. We will miss you!
