Daniel Henderson Jr., former owner of the Half Shell Lounge in Fort Myers, Florida, passed away following a recent illness with his loving family at his side on Thursday, July 17, 2014. He was 72 years old.Mr. Henderson was born on September 10, 1941 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the proud son of Martha (Linhart) and Daniel Henderson Sr.Dan is survived by his children Debbie Reynolds (Scott), James Henderson and Heather Henderson; seven grandchildren, Clayton, Jarrett, Emily, Lauren, Dalton, Amber and Paige. Also two great grandsons, Braden and Conner.A Memorial Gathering will be held from 5:00 – 7:00 PM on Friday, August 1, 2014 in the chapel at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 1589 Colonial Boulevard, Fort Myers, Florida 33907, (239) 936-0555.
