Daniel Sheppard's Obituary
Daniel Woolslair Sheppard passed away in his home surrounded by family on the evening of October 3rd.
Born on the Fourth of July in 1956, he was the 4th generation of his family to call Fort Myers home. He knew he always wanted to be a trial lawyer like his grandfather, and service in the U.S. Air Force provided him with the G.I. Bill that largely funded his time in law school.
A blind date led to his marriage to Lita Wang, also of Fort Myers. Together they were married for 44 years, raised 4 children (Daniel, Theodore married to Katherine, William, and Lia married to Tyler) and helped raise 8 grandchildren (Colton, Dane, Astrid, Elowen, Olan, Titus, Marceline, and William) - he will live on through them.
In lieu of flowers or condolences, give to the poor.
