Darlene, As you know I talk to you all the time. You are a very loved and missed young woman. There is no doubt in our minds that you would have become the pilot and person you wanted to be. You may not have been on earth that long but you made quite an impression on many of us. You know that we would have been with you on your birthday and celebrated with DQ cake. So sorry we didn't get to do that baby. Everyone is sooo proud of your accomplishments! You will always be that angel and shining star to your family Darlene, always. Coolest cousin ever we miss you so much i really wanted to see you become a pilot you were such a hard working devoted person and made everyone around you proud even if they didnt know you because you were just that kind of person. God has a plan for you hopefully its a good one.

We met Darlene when she was working at Dunkin Donuts in Red Lion. We became good friends. We had a common interest in riding motorcycles, so we went for a couple of rides together. We stayed in touch when she went down to Fl to aviator school. She was a sweet young lady and will be missed very much. We can't believe she is gone. It was a huge shock when we saw the news on her facebook page. We sent a monetary gift to her cell phone to help with the funeral expenses. I hope you will receive that with no problems. I remember meeting you and your sister at the town homes when we were just kids. You and your sister were one of me and Amelia's first friends we had when we moved here.
