Uncle Denny, or "UD" as I called him, was an amazing uncle. He was always kind, generous, and loving. I instantly smile when I think of my childhood with him and my cousins, Sandy and John. We had crazy and hilarious family vacations together that I will always cherish. You could always rely on him to put a smile on your face with one of his jokes. I love you, UD. I will forever be your buddy and will always be on your side. Erin Luxich
Its hard to imagine Denny no longer with us. What a remarkable man. Our family was so lucky to have known him. This will be so difficult for mom.One of my best family memories centers around Denny, at my brother's wedding, late at night back at the hotel with everyone packed into a single room, literally 20 of us, and Denny telling his craziest joke, something about a crock-a-gator, we were crying laughing. That's the best.Scott Chadwick
I was saddened to hear of Dennis' passing and I know about the sense of loss that lingers with those of us who are left behind. I was so fortunate and blessed to have him as my cousin, even though we only recently communicated through Christmas cards. He was one of the most balanced, humorous family members and reminded me alot of my dad, his Uncle Harwell. My thoughts and prayers are with Nancy and everyone in the Dunn Family. Barbara Dunn Brooke
Dennis was a accounting systems consultant to AIAA for over a dozen years. He became a member of our AIAA family and was both a personal and professional friend. We will miss his sense of humor, his persistence and his positive outlook. He always spoke to us about playing golf with Nancy when he was up to it physically and his love of chess. He and one of our team members would share Vietnam War stories. Our lives and professional organization were definitely made better by knowing Dennis. We will miss you buddy!Bill, Lina, Maria, Paul
Dennis was one of the most beautiful men we have ever known. He was not only warm, kind and extremely intelligent, but he had one of the greatest senses of humor we have ever experienced. It was truly a gift to have known Denny and he will be sorely missed.Gary and Sandy Carrington
I rembember visiting with Dennis when I was a young child. My father, Harwell (Dan) Dunn, born and raised in Clearwater, Florida, was very fond of Dennis and I will always rembember Dennis as a warm, kind and gentle man with a wonderful sence of humor. When I learned of his passing, although saddened that his loving family had experianced a great loss, I rejoiced in knowing that Dennis is in the presence of our Father in heaven for all of eternity and that he is joined by my father Harwell, and my mother Mary, Uncle Bill, Aunt Helen, Aunt Matt, Aunt Gladys, and all of our loved ones who have gone to be with our Lord.May God's grace and only the peace that He can give be a comfort to your family-Donna Dunn-Kinsey
We did not know Dennis very well – but when we were with him, we saw and experienced a kind, gentle person. I know he will be a great loss to his loving wife, Nancy. RIPT.J. & Becky Phagan
