Hi Sharon, the last time I saw Dennis was a rather sad day , but Dennis showed up to see Hal a few weeks before he passed away. He talked to Hal about the trip he & Hal made to Pennsylvania together when they graduated high school. He had Hal laughing like I hadnt seen in a while. It wasnt easy for Dennis , he hadnt seen Hal in a while. I appreciated that gesture so much and so did Hal. He has such great boys. Dont know the girls but Im sure they brought him alot of happiness. RIP Dennis

We were saddened to hear of Dennis's passing away. He has been a friend for many years. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family at this most difficult time of your lives.Dave and Judy Martis, Lockport, IL.
I went to Kindergarten, Grade School & High School with Dennis. We played various sports together but mostly Basketball. He was a competitor in all he did but in a good kind of way. He always would ask me whenever he saw me why our Grade School Basketball Team didn't enter the State Tournament. Dennis was always a nice down to earth person & was one of my favorites. We last talked at the 2011 Class Reunion & he asked that the next time I was in Florida, to contact him. I regret that will not happen now but I Trust the Good Lord will continue to Bless & Keep his Family. I will always miss you my Friend….. Thomas Saunders

Dennis was a good friend of mine in high school and grade school. We both were in every sport they had to offer. He was a kid of his word always looking for the best in people and I'm not surprised by the post I've read he continued that into his adult life. I'm honored to have had him as my friend. I will always remember Dennis as a lovely, kind-hearted man. I admire his love for his children and caring nature toward all his friends. It was heartwarming when Dennis remembered and mentioned to me golfing with my Dad, before his own passing some years back, small world…..Dennis was so likeable, and will be missed by so many. My deepest sympathy to his family for their loss. My prayer is may God help comfort them during this difficult time.
