Dolores S. Blomquist, 98, of Fort Myers, Florida passed away September 28, 2012 at Shell Point Nursing Pavilion in Fort Myers, Florida. Mrs. Blomquist was born ?áin Sibley, Iowa on September 21, 1914, a daughter of the late Frank Otis Storrs and Jessie Byerly Storrs. Dolores was the widow of John H. Blomquist who passed away in 2010. Mrs. Blomquist was very active with the Stamp Ministries at Shell Point Village. She was a talented seamstress who was always willing to help others. She loved painting water colors and doing crossword puzzles. She leaves to cherish here memory several nieces and nephews including, Richard (Mary Alice) Boller of Estero, Florida and Janet (Tom) Clemons of Kalamazoo, Michigan; and a sister-in-law, Rose Marie Kohl of Kalamazoo, Michigan. A Memorial Celebration of Life Service will be held Monday, October 1, 2012 at 11:00 AM in the Colonial Family Center at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 1589 Colonial Blvd., Fort Myers, Florida 33907.
