Donald Bach, 87, resident of North Ft. Myers since 1992, formerly of Saugerties, NY passed away Thursday, September 19, 2019 in Cape Coral, FL. He was born June 13, 1932 in Saugerties, NY to Hobart and Veronica Bach, now deceased.Donald was a United States Navy Veteran. He worked at Dyno Nobel in New York as a Lab Technician for 35 years prior to his retirement in 1994. Donald loved traveling, camping, bowling, playing solitaire and woodworking.He is survived by his three loving children, Elaine Ferrigan (Robert W. Ferrigan) of Kingston, NY, James Bach (Patricia) of Albany, GA and Daniel Bach (Marie) of Punta Gorda, FL; three sisters, Delores Kerr of Key West, FL, Lorraine Cudo of Boynton Beach, FL, Susan Maggiore of Kingston, NY; four grandchildren, Stephanie, Stacy, Andrew and Mariah; three great grandchildren, Ashley, Kameron and Mason; as well as many extended family members and friends.A Funeral Service will be celebrated 12:00 PM, Monday, September 23, 2019 at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 1589 Colonial Blvd., Ft. Myers, FL. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation from 10:00 AM until the service time at the funeral home. Entombment will follow at Ft.
