Donald C Farquhar's Obituary
Donald C. Farquhar, 70, a resident of Fort Myers, FL since 1980, formerly of London, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 29, 2021 at Lee Memorial Hospital. He was born May 11, 1950 in London, OH to the late Donald and Betty Farquhar.
Donald was an amazing father, grandfather, brother and friend that loved his family and friends just as much as he loved his cars. He was a man through and through; who would be there to help at a moment's notice. His hard work has never gone unnoticed and he has touched the lives of many with rough hands and a kind heart.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Marcia in 2012 and his sister, Mary “Gaggy” Litzenberg just earlier this year.
Donald is survived by his seven children, Donald Farquhar of Lehigh Acres, FL, Craig Nicol of Marysville, OH, Mary Voskuhl (Thomas) of Fort Myers, FL, Amanda Knieriemen (Michael) of Cape Coral, FL, Kyle Farquhar of Lehigh Acres, FL, Ashley Farquhar of Lehigh Acres, FL and Jonathan Kendall (JK) Farquhar of Lehigh Acres, FL; two sisters, Susan Miller (Donald) of London, OH and Linda Phillips of Fort Myers, FL; sister in-laws, Paula Weeter, Beth Pennell, Jane Weeter, Brother In-law, Joe Brohard and their families of London, OH; seven grandchildren, Ciera, Karlee, Dilan, Eryn, Emily, Torie and Michael; as well as many extended family members and friends.
No formal services are planned at this time.
