Donald R. Kill's Obituary
Donald R. Kill, age 86, of Fort Myers, passed away on October 14, 2012. He had resided in the area for more then 40 years. He was born June 6, 1926 to Tom and Mary Kill in Grand Ledge, Michigan.?áHe was a WWII Navy Veteran, a Barber and Locksmith. Don was a longtime member of Voiture 946 40 et 8, VFW, 61 year member of the American Legion and Moose Lodge. Donald leaves to cherish his memory, sons; Donald (Theresa), Dennis (Joyce); ?ádaughter, Sue Andrews (Les Adams); stepson, Kelly Harmon; brother, John (Marge); brother-in-law, Jack Lucas; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; his loving companion, Charmie Stevens; and a multitude of friends in Florida, Michigan, and everywhere he has traveled over the years. Preceded in death by his parents, brothers; Richard, Russ, Tom; sister, Mary Ellen Lucas; wife, Kay; and daughter-in-law, Pam Harmon. Don (aka Killer) enjoyed singing karaoke, dancing, playing euchre, cribbage and dominoes, cruises and crosswords.?áHe was never without a joke or a great story. Memorial Service will be held on October 22, 2012 from 1-5pm, at the Fort Myers Beach Moose Lodge. Memorials may be directed to Health Park Hope Hospice.
