Donald William Murino's Obituary
Donald William Murino, 70, of North Fort Myers, passed away Tuesday, September 11, 2018 following an extended illness. He was born October 5, 1947 in Evergreen Park, IL to the late Michael and Rita (Murney) Murino. He moved to Florida from Oaklawn, IL 1980. He was proud United States Marine Corps Veteran of the Vietnam War, a member of the Vietnam Brotherhood-Bravo Company and a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. He was employed for over 25 years for Lee County Transportation.Mr. Murino is survived by his wife of 48 years, Susan J. (Krug) Murino; his children: Donald F. Murino (Karen) Murino of Lakeland and Danielle R. Dean (Michael) of North Fort Myers; his siblings: Judith L. Tuminello (Raymond) of Deerfield Beach, FL, Michael J. Murino (Mary) of Harshaw, WI, Mary K. Murino of Palos Hills, IL, Robert J. Murinon of Palos Hills, IL and Charles M. Murino (Kathy) of Menasha, WI; his grandchildren: Jessica M. Murino-Dean, Amanda J. Dean, Alec M. Murino and Ava E. Murino.Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, September 15, 2018 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 2057 Cleveland Ave., Fort Myers with burial to follow in Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
