Donald Reid Sanner's Obituary
Donald Reid Sanner, 82, passed away December 11, 2013. He was born August 2, 1931 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Harry and Marva (Mason) Sanner. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Richard and Mason.Donald was a Formulating Cosmetic Chemist who retired from Noxell which is now owned by Proctor and Gamble. He developed Covergirl Professional Mascara and many other cosmetic products. Donald moved to Lee County in 1996 from Cockeysville, Maryland. He loved music, singing and used to be in a barber shop quartet.Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 56 years, Pat; daughter, Kathleen Sanner and her husband George Colburn of Upperco, Maryland; sons, Mark Sanner and his wife Sandi and Steve Sanner and his wife Dana all of Cape Coral; sister, Marion Davis and her husband Carvey of Glen Burnie, Maryland; grandsons, Matthew and Lucas; and step grandsons, Scott and Jeffrey.Condolences and memories may be left online at www.fortmyersmemorial.com.
