Donna Marie Lay Fuchs came into my life when she was 15 years of age. My parents, Rev. James and Genell Bailey became her foster parents. Donna was loved by our family and became a "real" member quickly. My children, Gary, Heather and Matthew loved their Aunt Donna and she returned that love to them. As our lives moved on we became separated from Donna. Our hearts are broken that she left this world at such a young age. Yet, we are excited that we will be reunited again one day. Donna was a beautiful loving lady❤️
