Donna Wisniewski, born October 29, 1969, passed away April 13, 2016 surrounded by the love of family and friends who will forever cherish her memory. Though she lived in Cape Coral, Florida, her heart was always on Fort Myers Beach, where she found peace, joy, and inspiration.
Donna was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Ralph and Kay Wisniewski. She is survived by her four siblings, three nieces, two nephews, a great-nephew, and many aunts, cousins, and dear friends who loved her deeply.
Donna had a vibrant, creative spirit and a gift for bringing people together. She was fun-loving, thoughtful, and could always spark laughter wherever she went. She had a passion for decorating and was known for hosting memorable gatherings filled with warmth and joy. Her signature dishes were a labor of love, and she delighted in creating thoughtful, meaningful gifts for those around her.
Music was another of Donna’s many talents—she could put together a playlist that perfectly captured any mood or moment. She was fiercely loyal and cherished the relationships in her life.
As a child, Donna loved fishing, and throughout her life she found happiness walking the beach, collecting shells, and turning them into beautiful creations that reflected her artistic spirit.
Professionally, Donna spent many years working in human resources and benefits, where she took pride in helping others begin and grow their careers. Her kindness and dedication made a lasting impact on many lives.
Donna will be remembered for her creativity, generosity, laughter, and the love she gave so freely. She leaves behind a legacy of joy and connection that will continue to live on in all who knew her. There will be a private celebration of life for family and close friends at a later date.
