Doris E. Cox of Fort Myers, Florida passed away after a recent illness on Thursday, September 18, 2014 with her loving family by her side. She was 97 years old.She was born on February 1, 1917 in Milford Beach, Connecticut the beautiful daughter of Elsie May (Hall) and Louis William Mills. Sadly, she was preceded in death by her husband Henry C. Cox who passed in 1985.A Memorial Service will be celebrated on 2:00 PM on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 in the Chapel at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 1589 Colonial Boulevard, Fort Myers, Florida 33907, (239) 936-0555.
