Dorothy Woolard Lambing, 96, of Fort Myers, FL, passed away, Monday, February 24, 2014 in Cape Coral. She was a homemaker and long-time member of Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church, Ft. Myers. Dorothy was born April 15, 1917 in Beloit, WI to the late Clyde and Mabel Markley Woolard. After her mother’s death in 1918, she moved with her father to Fort Pierce, FL in 1919. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Lambing (1993), her daughter, Linda Price (2002) and 2 brothers, Charles Clyde and William Woolard. She is survived by her son Charles “Chuck” (Carol) Lambing of Cape Coral, FL; son-in-law, Bob Price of Ft. Pierce, FL; grandsons, Donald (Melody) Lambing and Larry (Jolene) Lambing; and 4 great grandchildren, Clayton, Caden, Jordan and Ryah; also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 10am-11am with Funeral Ceremony at 11am, Friday, February 28, 2014 at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home 1589 Colonial Blvd., Ft. Myers, FL.
